Production manager
Function
As Production Manager, you are responsible for organising, planning and directing production. You ensure that façade constructions are produced efficiently, to a high quality and according to schedule. You monitor the day-to-day operations of production and the machine park and ensure that people, machines and materials are deployed optimally.

At the same time, you have a strong technical interest. You think along on machine programming, technical issues and new developments within production. You are given the space to take initiative, make processes more efficient and, together with your colleagues, further professionalise the production organisation.
You work closely with the technical manager, work preparation, project management, planning, purchasing, warehouse and other relevant departments. In doing so, you form an important link between the planning of the sites and the day-to-day execution in production.

- You think along about technical questions and look for practical solutions for complex operations.
- You regularly align with the technical manager, who forms the link between the building sites and production.
4. Machinery and maintenance
- You monitor the proper functioning and availability of a machinery fleet of approximately 20 machines, including sawing and processing machines.
- You share responsibility for the maintenance and continuity of the machinery.
- You work together with the colleague responsible for maintenance within the facility and ensure that relevant reports and points of attention are addressed correctly.
