Data & Change Management

• Design and maintenance of data analysis systems
• Leading change management processes
• Validating and securing process changes

Coaching & Capability Building

• Coaching of line teams
• Building an internal expert and trainer structure
• Ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer

Technical expertise

• Point of contact for technical problems
• Supporting troubleshooting
• Participate in investments and improvements within the processing area

Collaboration & Innovation

• Coordinating R&D tests
• Sharing and implementing best practices
• Close cooperation with production, maintenance and engineering teams

Profile

• At least 5 years' experience in a managerial or specialist role within a manufacturing environment or a bachelor's or master's degree (e.g. food, process technology, bioengineering, industrial sciences or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A coaching and communicative style
• A hands-on mentality and flexibility
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English (French is a plus)
