Process engineer - CNC/Laser
Function
As a Process Engineer - CNC/Laser, you will work in a high-tech environment where metalworking is central. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing processes and programmes within our CNC and laser production park. Your duties include:
- Providing work orders with CNC/laser programmes.
- Providing fixtures, cutting tools and work instructions for machining operations.
- Managing process knowledge, work instructions and procedures related to milling and laser processes.
- Improving machining processes focused on quality, productivity, efficiency, cost control and safety.
- Managing and optimising our machinery.
- Report and implement improvement proposals.
- Testing and monitoring new technologies.
- Supporting and training operators, departments, suppliers and customers.
- Establishing production methods and strategies.
- Making calculations and drawings, including material allowances.

Profile
We are looking for a Process Engineer - CNC/Laser with a strong technical background and a passion for precision. Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- A degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial technology).
- 0 to 3 years working experience in processes, CNC or laser technology.
- Knowledge of machining techniques and fleet management.
- Experience in designing and optimising production processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external parties.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop yourself.
