How do you translate a plan into concrete results on site?

• During tendering, you translate technical and organisational information into a feasible plan of approach for construction and infrastructure projects.
• You develop execution methods that connect safety, quality, planning and the efficient use of people and resources.
• Execution schedules, manpower plans and other work preparations are given a clear and realistic structure thanks to your analysis.
• For projects in execution, you draw up work plans and refine them when circumstances, technical choices or phasing change.
• In consultation with estimating teams, project managers, site managers and internal departments, you carefully prepare purchases and practical actions.
• Drawing on your technical expertise, you support the site with day-to-day queries and translate challenges into solutions that also work on site.
• Coordination with subcontractors and follow-up of their practical contribution help to ensure execution proceeds according to plan.
• Throughout the project you investigate improvements in methods, planning and digital collaboration, so that design and realisation are more closely aligned.

Profile

Do you bring structure to complex information and do you enjoy finding solutions that work in practice?

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or construction.
• As a work planner, site manager or technical coordinator, you have already learned to translate plans into concrete actions, feasible timelines and clear agreements.
• You bring structure to complex information, monitor multiple deadlines simultaneously and work accurately, because small preparation errors can have a major impact on execution.
• A problem-solving and proactive attitude helps you to identify bottlenecks early, take responsibility and formulate proposals that are both technically and practically substantiated.
• You work comfortably with common PC applications and are also able to express yourself in French in a professional context when required for collaboration.
