Are you an organisational whizzkid who loves puzzles? For our client in Dessel, we are looking for a Planner! As a Planner, you play a central role in the smooth running of waste collections from B2B customers. On a daily basis, you efficiently draw up the planning, optimise routes and ensure that the drivers perform their tasks seamlessly. In addition, you are the point of contact for colleagues, drivers and customers, making sure that no one ever gets confused, even if things get hectic for a while!

• Daily planning for waste collections from B2B customers;
• Optimising routes and ensuring timely planning for the next day;
• Administrative processing in the systems, obviously with a keen eye for detail;
• Liaise with drivers and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly;
• Address customers professionally in case of changes or urgent questions;
• Proactive thinking on improvements and process optimisation.
