Operations manager

Function

As Operations Manager You take charge of production and warehouse operations. You translate supply chain plans into efficient day-to-day operations and ensure that quality, efficiency and delivery reliability are always key.

Your responsibilities:

• You manage the daily production and warehouse activities and monitor quality, output and flow on the shop floor
• You translate supply chain planning into strong operational schedules for production, assembly and logistics
• You coach and develop production and warehouse teams, creating clear structures and priorities
• You monitor KPIs and support the implementation of ERP systems
• You work closely with planning, supply chain and quality to optimally align processes
• You jump in operationally where necessary and always keep the focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Profile

Do you recognise yourself in the points below as an operations manager:

• You obtained a master's degree in a technical or logistics field complemented by several years of experience within operations and/or production
• You are a natural pragmatic leader with a strong hands-on mentality
• You understand production flows, capacity management and operational processes from A to Z
• You have experience with process optimisation and worked with ERP systems before
• You feel comfortable in an international and fast-changing context
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
