We are looking for an Operational Trainee for our client in Genk! Find out how you can make a difference within an international transport network through a 6-month traineeship.

• You’ll have the chance to get an up-close look at the operation;
• You will be working across various departments, such as Customer Care, Truck Planning, Train Planning and Fleet Control;
• From day one, you won’t just be the coffee runner, but a full member of the team;
• You’ll learn how transport planning works, how to resolve issues in real time, and how different teams work together to ensure a streamlined operation;

Profile

For the Operations Trainee vacancy at our client’s premises in Genk, we are looking for a candidate who identifies with the following:

• You’ve just graduated and are ready to sink your teeth into a challenging trainee programme;
• You have a thirst for learning and are not afraid to take the initiative;
• Teamwork and communication are right up your street;
• You’re good at problem-solving and thinking ahead;
• You stay calm and focused under pressure;
• An interest in logistics, operations and transport is a big plus;
• You’re hands-on, curious and motivated.
