Night Shift Team Leader

Function

As Production Shift Supervisor (night shift) At Roeselare, you’ll be the main point of contact on the shop floor. You’ll ensure that production runs safely, efficiently and according to schedule.

What’s your night like?

• You will manage a team of operators and warehouse staff and coach them in their day-to-day tasks
• You will closely monitor the production schedule via the ERP system
• You ensure quality, safety, order and tidiness in the workplace
• You will ensure efficient staff planning and monitor attendance, leave and time records
• You will provide support in the event of technical faults and work closely with the technical department to resolve them
• You actively contribute ideas on improvements and optimisations within production
• You ensure a smooth handover to the next shift and maintain continuity of production

Profile

What does your profile as a night shift team lead look like?

• Experience has shown that you’re a real night owl!
• You have a technical background and combine this with experience in a managerial role (preferably within production)
• A good knowledge of Dutch and English
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office and ERP)
• A proactive approach and a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement
