Medior project manager HVAC

Function

As a Medior Project Leader HVAC, you will be an essential member of our team. This position revolves around preparing, supervising and successfully completing various HVAC projects, both large and small. You will be responsible for every stage of the process, ensuring that everything goes according to plan and meets high quality standards.

Your duties include:

• Conducting studies for incoming price requests.
• Preparing quotations using your expertise to make the right estimates.
• Following up HVAC projects from application to completion.
• Preparing detailed schedules and organising assembly teams on your sites.

Our projects require your problem-solving skills and precise approach.

Profile

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses:

• A master's degree in structural or industrial engineering, or a bachelor's degree in air-conditioning.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HVAC techniques.
• A responsible, flexible and highly motivated character.
• Commercial and leadership skills; you are a real team player.
• Skill in working with current software packages and possibly Autocad or Revit (plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
