Manager Accountancy

Function

As Manager Accountancy at the Merelbeke-based company, you will play a crucial role in managing your dynamic team.

• You will be responsible for coaching and operationally supervising a team of 4-5 employees, and in a supervisory capacity leading a larger team of 11 people.
• You will remain hands-on involved in operational tasks, such as managing various client portfolios from different sectors.
• You conduct strategic and consultative customer discussions
• You will be responsible for attracting new files.

Profile

For this versatile position, we are looking for a driven professional with a strong background in accountancy as well as leadership. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 7 years' experience in accountancy, ITAA title is a plus but not a requirement.
• Proven mentorship experience.
• Experience with complex client cases and various sectors.
• Knowledge of accounting programmes such as Odoo and Yuki.
• Dutch is a must; some knowledge of other languages may be an added advantage.
