Maintenance and Coordination Planner, Maritime Sector

Function

• Coordinating and planning maintenance work.
• Allocating work orders to the technicians.
• Establishing and monitoring staff planning.
• Monitoring the maintenance schedule and ensuring it is carried out correctly.
• Checking the availability of materials and the necessary documents.
• Monitoring the maintenance work carried out on a daily basis and liaising with the relevant teams.
• Preparing and processing additional work forms.
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for more efficient work processes.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in a technical or maritime environment would be an advantage.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
• You have strong organisational skills and work with great attention to detail.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
