Ready to play a crucial role in the dynamic world of international moves? This international moving company in Cargovil is looking for a motivated Move Coordinator to join their experienced team. As Move Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire moving process, including the organisation of transport, customs formalities and logistics. You are the link between the customer and the operational organisation, ensuring flawless communication and a customer-focused approach. You will work in a rapidly changing sector where no two days are the same and you can make a direct impact on the success of our services.

  • Coordinating international relocation projects from start to finish;
  • Communicating with customers to manage expectations and guide them through the process;
  • Organising and supervising customs documentation and import/export procedures;
  • Managing multiple files simultaneously and ensuring timely deliveries;
  • Contact with transport suppliers, storage facilities and logistics partners;
  • Strictly manage the budget and resolve any unexpected challenges;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented communication with customers and internal teams throughout the process;
  • Administrative processing of files in a specialised database;
  • Managing price requests and following up on invoicing.

This role is aimed at professionals who enjoy taking responsibility and excel in organisational skills. With your strategic mindset and eye for detail, you will help customers move carefree.

Profile

For this challenging position, we are looking for a candidate with a hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills. We expect you to:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
  • Fluent in English spoken and written; additional languages are a plus;
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills and be stress-resistant;
  • Have a proactive and customer-oriented working style and be able to devise solutions tailored to the customer's needs;
  • Familiar with transport and logistics processes, including customs and regulations (experience is a plus);
  • Able to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.

You are also flexible, accurate and possess problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial for this position.
