Logistics Clerk
Function
As a Logistics Clerk, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our logistics. In this hands-on position, you will work both administratively and operationally with colleagues in warehouse, transport and administration. You will be responsible for:
- Receiving, stocking and preparing goods for shipment.
- Supporting the loading and unloading of transports.
- Daily logistics and transport planning and execution.
- Correctly follow up on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Accurate processing of logistics administration.
- Signal bottlenecks and improvement opportunities to the logistics manager.
- Work on a shifted daily schedule (alternating between 6-15h or 9-18h).
You will not have managerial duties, but will play a crucial role in making sure the logistics processes within our family-run business run efficiently.
Profile
We are looking for a Logistics Clerk with a strong organisational and practical attitude. Your profile:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in logistics and transport (planning).
- Experience in printing is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Hands-on and proactive, you prefer to work actively in the process.
- Efficient communication in Dutch and French.
- Stress-resistant, flexible and used to a dynamic environment.
- A team player who can handle tasks independently.
- Skilled in the use of current computer programmes (Office).

Our client is a family-run business specialising in high-quality print and media products. They are currently looking for an accountant to replace a colleague who is leaving the company due to private reasons.
