For our client, a Belgian family business located in Genk, we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Assistant in 2-shifts. The candidate we are looking for brings the following qualities to the role: *A proactive and solution-oriented attitude. *Excellent organisational skills. *Experience in transport planning and/or warehouse management is a plus. *Good communication skills and customer orientation. *Stress resistance and flexibility in a dynamic working environment. *You have a Bachelor's degree and an analytical/critical mind that allows you to express your findings in a structured and clear manner *You express yourself fluently in Dutch. Knowledge of English and German are extra assets

For our client, a Belgian family business located in Genk, we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Assistant in 2 shifts. As Logistics Administrative Assistant you are responsible for the following tasks: *Daily transport planning: together with your colleagues, you take care of the efficient and correct organisation of the daily transport planning. *Cost management and quality control: you monitor the cost efficiency and quality of our transports, and ensure that everything goes according to plan. *Administration and document management: besides planning transports, you take care of the correct administration of our transport orders and provide the necessary CMR documents. You also provide support to the drivers in case of problems. *Warehouse Management: you closely monitor incoming and outgoing stocks and ensure efficient storage. *Service orientation: you provide optimal service both to our customers and our own drivers, ensuring that everyone is satisfied. *Production orders: you are responsible for preparing, planning and following up production orders to ensure everything runs smoothly.
