Junior Technical Draughtsman

Function

As a Junior Technical Draughtsman, you will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings, such as those for foundations, concrete structures, and roof and wall cladding. This also involves producing detailed drawings of columns, beams, roof and wall elements, which are required for the manufacture of these components. You will work closely with the structural engineers and other draughtsmen within the design department to develop projects down to the last detail. You will receive training and support from the head of the design office, enabling you to develop your skills further in a professional environment. The office is based in the province of Limburg.

Profile

For this role, our client is looking for a motivated draughtsman who has:

• A degree in civil engineering; experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD; knowledge of TEKLA Structures is an added advantage.
• Strong technical insight and good analytical skills.
• Resilience to stress and the ability to keep a clear overview during busy periods.
• Independent and efficient organisation of work.
• A high level of accuracy, punctuality and flexibility.
