Architectural draughtsman / Surveyor

Function

Would you like to be part of a small, stable engineering consultancy specialising in infrastructure? We are looking for a Architectural Draughtsman / Surveyor to join our team. In this varied role, you will contribute to:

• the preparation of technical plans and planning applications.
• site surveys for road and sewerage projects.
• monitoring of the construction sites.
• draw up technical drawings.
• working closely with colleagues, clients and contractors.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for a motivated professional with a strong background in architecture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Construction/Surveying), or equivalent through experience.
• At least 3–5 years’ relevant work experience. (Experience in roads and sewerage would be an advantage)
• An independent and responsible approach to work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BricsCAD.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact smoothly with clients, boards and contractors.
• Experience with planning applications or infrastructure and surveying projects.
