Junior Relationship Manager Banking

Function

For a warm and personal office with a close-knit team atmosphere, we are looking for a junior all-round customer consultant who likes to start broadly and then can progress in the direction that suits you best: loans, insurance or investments.

You will end up in a bank where humanity, open communication and customer proximity are not hollow words, but daily practice.

Your function

As an all-round customer advisor, you are often the first point of contact for customers. You help them smoothly and correctly and help build lasting relationships step by step.

What you do like:

• Welcoming customers (in the office and on the phone) and answering their questions
• Guide basic banking (accounts, cards, digital banking, general info)
• Follow up customer files correctly and provide administrative support
• Pick up on signals (opportunities/questions) and make targeted referrals, or - as you grow - take them up yourself
• Gradually take on more responsibility according to your area of interest

Profile

You are someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's and/or master's degree
• Customer-friendly, enthusiastic and spontaneous
• Enjoys working in a team and fits into an open and collegial atmosphere
• Has ambition to grow, but also likes to start all-round
