Investment and credit adviser

Function

As an Investment and Credit Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding and building client relationships.

Your range of tasks:

• Advising clients around investments and loans
• Actively manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
• Proactively contact customers and detect opportunities
• Counselling clients on financial questions and decisions
• Follow-up and optimisation of existing files
• Co-monitoring customer retention and avoiding outflow
• Actively contribute to commercial objectives of the firm

You will have a varied range of tasks combining both advice, commerce and follow-up.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a hands-on and commercially-minded profile.

• First experience within the banking sector (preferably 1-2 years)
• Strong in customer contact and advice
• Commercially minded and daring to take initiative
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
• Team player who values open communication
• Someone who knows how to build trust with customers

Important: we are not looking for a purely administrative profile, but someone who actively thinks and takes initiative towards customers.

Organisation

You will join a small, independent bank branch with strong local roots and a loyal customer base of individuals and the self-employed.

The office operates with a personal approach, where clients are truly known and long-term relationships are key. The growth and expansion of activities (including the self-employed) have resulted in a broad and varied portfolio.

Offer

• Competitive salary from ± €4,000 gross, depending on experience
