Function

As an Investment Adviser, you build long-term relationships and guide clients through important financial decisions. You combine up-to-date market knowledge with personalised advice and actively monitor each portfolio.

Tasks

• Guiding clients through their investment decisions and wealth accumulation
• Developing investment proposals tailored to the client’s objectives and risk profile
• Monitoring and evaluating existing investment portfolios
• Proactively inviting customers to follow-up and advisory meetings
• Building lasting customer relationships based on trust
• Keeping a close eye on financial markets and economic developments
• Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to the firm’s continued growth
• Working with colleagues to provide clients with comprehensive advice

Profile

You get a real buzz from advising clients and have a genuine interest in the world of investing. Experience is a bonus, but it’s your eagerness to learn and your business acumen that really make the difference.

You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:

• You have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or finance
• You have some initial experience in the financial sector or a strong interest in investments
• You follow economic news and the financial markets with interest
• You communicate fluently and build trust easily
• You combine commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach
• You work independently and take the initiative, but you also enjoy working as part of a team
• You take a long-term view and prioritise building lasting customer relationships
• You are keen to learn and want to develop your skills as an investment specialist
