For a warm and progressive bank branch, we are looking for an Investment Relationship Manager who gets energy from customer contact, financial advice and entrepreneurial work within a close-knit team.


What you do


As a relationship manager, you are a trusted point of contact for your clients when it comes to investments. You listen to their story, understand their goals and translate them into clear, personal advice.


You build relationships that go beyond one conversation. By proactively following up with customers, you create trust and help them look to the future with greater certainty.


Specifically, you will:

  • recognises commercial opportunities and responds to them in a natural, customer-focused way;
  • Managing, monitoring and coordinating client files on investments;
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and proactively guide them;
  • Participate in commercial actions and initiatives within the office;
  • share your knowledge with colleagues and grow with the team;
  • Helping you shoulder the daily operations of the office.

So you will not only be given an advisory role, but also the chance to think along, take initiative and make an impact.

Profile

You are someone who likes to take responsibility. Someone who sees opportunities, wants to understand customers and does not wait for everything to come naturally. At the same time, you are people-oriented, approachable and genuinely committed.

We recognise you by the following:

  • You have a strong interest in financial services and investments;
  • you get energy from customer conversations and building long-term relationships;
  • you communicate clearly, listen actively and ask the right questions;
  • you are commercially minded, but always with the customer's best interests at heart;
  • you enjoy working independently but at the same time feel at home in a small and committed team;
  • you are enterprising, take initiative and like to think about how to do things even better;
  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience in banking, investments or financial advice is a great asset. Even more important is your drive to guide clients well and develop yourself further.
