Your function
As an Investment Relationship Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for clients who rely on sound and clear advice.
- You will assist customers with their investment questions and translate their needs and expectations into appropriate solutions within the bank's offering.
- You will build lasting relationships with existing customers and also know how to attract new customers thanks to your personal and professional approach.
- You actively monitor markets and products and think with clients when their financial situation or goals change.
- You will work closely with your colleagues to provide clients with total and quality financial services.
- You will share knowledge within the team and actively contribute to an open, respectful and collegial atmosphere.
Profile
- You have a first experience within the banking sector. This is a must.
- Experience within investments is nice, but not a requirement. You will be given the necessary time, guidance and training to develop further in this area.
- You are strong in customer contact, communicate clearly and inspire confidence.
- You feel good in a smaller, stable team where cooperation and mutual support are key.
- You derive energy from relationship management and personal advice rather than hard sales targets.
