International field service engineer
Function
As an International Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing our various packaging machines at different customers’ sites. You will carry out the installation covering mechanical, electrical and pneumatic aspects. Throughout the entire assignment, you’ll be in close contact with the customer and, where necessary, provide training to the local operators. You’ll find satisfaction in seeing a production line running perfectly at the customer’s site.
As an International Field Service Engineer, you will work abroad for both short and longer periods (up to a maximum of 3 weeks). This is mainly within Europe (Belgium, France, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands) but may occasionally also be outside Europe. On average, following an induction period for your training, you will spend at least 80% of your time abroad.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical subject or have relevant experience.
- You’re a good communicator, you’re confident and you enjoy discovering new things.
- You have a hands-on approach and you’re keen to take responsibility.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
