Function

You will strengthen the Life branch within an independent insurance agency where advice and trust are key. In this role, you will combine file management with the further development of an existing and new portfolio, without aggressive sales methods.

You work purposefully, but always from content and long-term relationships.

Specifically:

• Advising on life insurance and tax solutions for individuals and the self-employed
• Managing and following up files such as pension savings, long-term savings, group insurance and investment policies
• Actively detecting opportunities within existing customer relationships
• Building the Life portfolio step by step, with clear but realistic targets
• Customer contact via mail, phone and face-to-face meetings
• Monitoring and adjusting contracts in line with changing needs
• Collaborate with colleagues within Life and other domains for an integrated approach

Ample prospecting space is available, with no need for cold calling or pressure-driven selling.

Profile

You combine an interest in the Life branch with a professional and goal-oriented mindset.

What matters here:

• Affinity with life insurance and tax products
• Experience within insurance or banking is an asset
• You work accurately and in a structured way
• You communicate fluently and convincingly, with respect for the customer
• You feel comfortable working with targets
• Proactive, independent and at the same time team-oriented
• Knowledge of French and English is nice to have, not a must
