Function

As a Life Insurance Adviser, you guide clients with their questions about life insurance. You listen to their needs, explain the options clearly and ensure they make the right choices with confidence.

• You advise clients on life insurance and tailor your advice to their personal situation and expectations.
• You discuss the various options in a clear and understandable manner and help clients choose the right solution.
• You closely monitor requests and ongoing files and ensure correct administrative handling.
• You answer client queries and provide support with amendments or other insurance needs.
• You maintain existing client relationships and ensure a pleasant, professional service.
• You identify opportunities to guide clients even better and contribute ideas about solutions that match their needs.
• You work together with your colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Profile

We are primarily looking for an approachable and communicative personality who enjoys helping clients. A bachelor's level of thinking is important, complemented by the right commercial and client-focused attitude.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or have built up this level through relevant experience.
• You preferably have experience in insurance or another financial environment. Strong motivation and the right attitude are equally important.
• You are a confident communicator who makes contact easily and puts clients at ease.
• You are service-oriented and find satisfaction in answering questions and finding suitable solutions.
• You communicate clearly and translate information into understandable language. You do not need to delve into complex files to feel comfortable in your role.
• You work accurately and follow up on client requests and administration correctly.
• You take initiative, work independently where necessary and function well within a team.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and are confident speaking French as well.
• You preferably hold the necessary PCP certificates. If you are willing to follow this training, that is also open to discussion.
