As an Insurance Adviser, you will build customer relationships in a human way. No hard sales, but having conversations, reassuring people and helping them think about their situation.

You will join an office where collegiality is important and where you will have the opportunity to grow quietly in your role. Also as a starter.

Tasks

• Advising private customers around insurance solutions
• Preparation and follow-up of insurance policies
• Maintain customer contact via office, phone and mail
• Detecting needs and commercial opportunities
• Help ensure a warm and professional customer experience
• Administrative follow-up of files
• Collaborating with colleagues within the office

Profile

Above all, we are looking for someone who communicates fluently and enjoys working with people.

You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:

• Interested in insurance and customer advice
• School leavers are definitely eligible
• PCP certificate is a must
• You dare to speak to customers on the phone
• You are commercially minded in a natural way
• You communicate fluently and are articulate enough
• You enjoy working together in a team
• Collegiality and respect are a matter of course for you
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch
