For you, insurance is more than just a policy or a contract. Above all, you see the person behind the file and help customers look to the future with peace of mind.

As an Insurance Adviser, you’ll assist clients with their insurance enquiries and build long-term relationships. You’ll be given the freedom to take the initiative, identify opportunities and proactively advise clients. No cold calling – instead, you’ll build on trust and existing contacts.

Tasks

• Advising clients on bespoke insurance solutions
• Preparing, analysing and following up on insurance files
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Identifying additional needs and opportunities
• Proactively contacting customers regarding optimisations and updates
• Ensuring files are followed up correctly from an administrative point of view
• Working with colleagues to offer customers a comprehensive solution
• Keep up to date with new products and developments within the sector

Profile

We are looking for someone who takes the initiative, spots opportunities and enjoys working with customers.

You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
• Experience in insurance or the financial sector is a major advantage
• PCP certificate or willing to obtain it
• You do not see yourself, in the long term, as solely an insurance specialist, but also wish to develop expertise in investments or loans
• You have a business-minded approach without adopting a hard-selling style
• You work independently and take responsibility
• You are proactive and don’t wait for opportunities to come your way
• You communicate fluently and professionally
• You’ll find it easy to build trust with customers
• You’ve got drive, spirit and a positive attitude
• You speak Dutch fluently
