For a stable insurance agency, we are looking for an insurance consultant for private clients. Someone who likes to listen, think along and guide clients in a correct and personal way.
You will join an office where the atmosphere is good. No distant structure or rigid hierarchy, but an open team where people are approachable and where you can count on each other. The partners are close to the team and work on the floor themselves. As a result, lines of communication are short, expectations are clear and cooperation is very human.

What does your job entail?
As an insurance consultant, you are a trusted point of contact for private customers. You help them with questions, review their situation and ensure that their files are followed up correctly and smoothly.
Your day consists of a nice mix of client contact, file management and commercial thinking. Not in a pushy way, but from genuine commitment. You listen to what customers need and recognise when an extra solution or advice could be valuable.
Specifically, you will:
- helps private customers with their questions around insurance;
- Elaborates and follows up files from A to Z;
- Ensures correct and accurate administrative follow-up;
- Thinking along with customers and recognising commercial opportunities;
- occasionally contact customers via warm leads;
- mee provides a personalised, high-quality service.
There is no hardselling here. It is about helping customers well, building trust and maintaining lasting relationships.
Profile
We are looking for someone who already has initial experience within insurance and who particularly enjoys working with people. Someone who communicates spontaneously, listens well and can put customers at ease.
You probably recognise yourself in the following:
- You have experience within insurance;
- you communicate fluently, warmly and customer-focused;
- You get energy from customer contact;
- you like to think with people;
- You work in a structured way and follow up files correctly;
- You have a commercial reflex, without being pushy;
- you have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team;
- You are looking for an environment where trust and humanity are important.
