Insurance Advisor

Function

In this role, you combine commercial follow-up with claims management within BOAR for private customers. You switch smoothly between drawing up new policies and finishing files correctly when things go wrong.

Moving quickly. Completing files. Advising customers correctly. That is your field.

Tasks:

• Managing production and damage within BOAR for individuals
• Preparation, adjustment and follow-up of insurance policies
• Handling and finalising claim files from A to Z
• Actively thinking with customers about their insurance package
• Deepen conversations and detect opportunities without selling hard
• Correct registration and follow-up of files in the management system
• Working closely together within a small, dynamic team

Profile

We are looking for a doer. Someone who moves forward, takes decisions and doesn't let files drag on.

You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:

• Experience in production, claims or a combination of both within BOAR
• Bachelor level of thinking
• You work quickly and efficiently, without getting sloppy
• You complete files and do not hesitate endlessly
• You are commercially minded, but not a hard salesman
• You open conversations to broader needs and think with the customer
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and can get by in French (English is a plus)
• Experience with BRIO is a strong asset
• Open personality, straightforward.
