Insurance advisor

Function

As Insurance Adviser, you will be a key point of contact for our private and self-employed clients. You will listen attentively, offer tailor-made advice and thus contribute to building a lasting bond of trust in an office known for its service and quality.

What does your job consist of?

• You will receive customers (both physically, by phone, and digitally) and answer their questions about existing or new insurance policies.
• You will analyse existing client portfolios and proactively seek improvements and optimisations.
• You will request rates, prepare quotes and policies and ensure careful administration.
• You will support your colleagues in maintaining customer relationships and help the team achieve commercial objectives.

So a versatile position, within a close-knit team where cooperation and customer focus are key.

Profile

We are looking for someone who recognises the following:

• You have an affinity for insurance or experience in the industry, ideally in a banking or brokerage environment.
• You work accurately, have a customer-oriented approach and prepare administration with care.
• You have commercial acumen, taking into account the long-term interests of the customer.
• You are a team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
• A degree or PCP certificate is not a must, but definitely a plus. We provide guidance and training anyway.
