Insurance officer

Function

As an insurance officer, you will be the point of contact for customers and ensure the smooth follow-up of their files.

• Management and follow-up of insurance files (BOAR)
• Advising customers around existing and new insurance solutions
• Preparation and follow-up of offers and policies
• Proactively contacting customers (follow-up, optimisations, cross-selling)
• Assist with claims follow-up and administrative processing
• Working closely with colleagues to best serve customers

Here, you combine case management with customer-focused advice.

Profile

You know how the insurance business works and get energy from customer contact.

• Experience within insurance (preferably BOAR)
• Commercially minded and customer-oriented
• Accurate and administratively strong
• Proactive and thinks along with the customer
• Team player with a sense of initiative
• PCP certificates are a plus
