Insurance claims manager

Function

Do you have a heart for customers and a passion for insurance? Then this varied job as a claims manager is for you! You are the key figure for our customers when they report a claim. You open and follow up files from A to Z and assist the customer throughout the entire process. You will consult with experts, liaise with our insurance partners and ensure a smooth, correct settlement. Customer satisfaction, efficiency and service are key. In addition, you think along proactively to raise our service to an even higher level.

Profile

• You enjoy working in a team and are sociable
• You think solution-oriented and are strong in administration
• Curious, eager to learn and flexible? Then you will fit perfectly into our dynamic team
• You speak Dutch fluently, basic knowledge of French is a plus
• You have commercial acumen and are customer-oriented
• A bachelor's degree in a financial, legal or commercial field is nice to have, but the right attitude is more important
• PCP certificate? Definitely a plus!
