Our client is a warm and stable medium-sized firm where team spirit is key. They work for both businesses (60%) and individuals (40%) and are looking for a new Claims Manager Who wants to join their close-knit team.
Although your focus is on claims management, you also help out in production - a nice mix that makes your job varied and exciting.
Your range of tasks:
As a Claims Manager, you are the point of contact for customers when they need you most. You combine your empathy with sharp file follow-up and a structured approach.
Specifically, you will:
- Follow up claims files from A to Z: telephone contact, analysis, administration and communication.
- Helping customers in a professional and warm manner.
- Assisting in production for both individuals and businesses.
- Handle a lot of telephony and administration: so structure and stress resistance are key.
- Working together with your colleagues from claims and production - you are one strong team moving each other forward.
Profile
We are looking for someone who fits into their close-knit group. Not someone who takes life too seriously, but someone who is sociable, loves a chat and enjoys doing something together: a dinner, a staff party, a fun activity... for them, that really is part of it.
In addition, you recognise yourself in this profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree or relevant experience in insurance.
- Strong interest in the insurance industry.
- Analytically strong, communicative and a good listener.
- You can handle pressure well and keep an overview.
- Loyal, punctual, eager to learn and someone who wants to make a long-term commitment.
- Helpful: you are there for your colleagues and they for you.
- Team player - working “from an island” is not for you. You thrive in groups.
Experience in insurance is a plus, but not a must.
More important is your drive, motivation and maturity.
