Insurance/Investment Adviser

Function

Are you someone who enjoys working with people, listens to the customer needs and them on a personal way supports them in their financial plans? If Insurance/Investment Adviser You’ll be a key point of contact for customers. You’ll build a relationship of trust with them and actively help them plan for their financial future. You’ll:

• Do you have a commercial mindset and sees opportunities;
• Supports customers in their day-to-day banking and financial needs;
• Listens to people’s wishes and clients’ plans, and translates them into suitable solutions;
• Builds a long-term customer relationship on;
• Detects commercial opportunities and takes the initiative;
• Keeps track of customer files meticulously;
• Works alongside colleagues to provide customers with a comprehensive and high-quality service;
• Ensures that customers feel to feel welcome, understood and well looked after;

Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial acumen, which at the same time customer goes about its work and the putting the customer’s needs first states.

• Experience at Experience in banking and/or insurance is essential;
• You have a excellent command of Dutchs, both oral and written;
• A a strong connection with Bornem and the surrounding area is a plus;
• The ideal new colleague is sociable, enthusiastic and a strong communicator;
• You enjoy listening and asking the right questions;
• Working with precision and taking responsibility;
• You think commercial, but always from the customer’s needs;
• Independent work and you’re also a real team player;
