Insurance Adviser at BOAR

Function

In this role, you will assist customers with their insurance enquiries and help ensure that their cases are handled correctly.

You will be joining a professional team where personalised advice, a customer-focused approach and high-quality service are key priorities.

Your duties will include:

• You will manage insurance files within the Fire, Motor, Accident and Risks (BOAR) sectors;
• You prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries;
• You analyse customers’ needs and look for suitable insurance solutions;
• You will process changes to existing policies and monitor administrative files closely;
• You will liaise with customers, insurance companies and colleagues within the organisation;
• You will answer customers’ enquiries and ensure that claims and policy-related files are dealt with correctly;
• You will help to ensure a smooth and customer-focused service.

Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic insurance professional who enjoys supporting customers and relishes a varied range of tasks. You work meticulously, take responsibility and find satisfaction in helping customers.

In addition, you possess:

• Some initial experience in the insurance sector, preferably at BOAR;
• A good understanding of insurance products or the motivation to develop further in this area;
• A customer-focused and communicative approach;
• A meticulous approach to work with an eye for detail;
• A commercial mindset that involves thinking alongside the customer;
• An independent approach to work combined with a strong team spirit.
