In this role, you will build relationships and think along with customers in the long term. You look beyond a single policy and translate needs into solutions - today and tomorrow.
Your focus is on BOAR, complemented by life if that is in your interest. Fancy broadening your role towards entrepreneurial lending or wealth building? You can.
Within the office, you get room to take initiative and develop your own style. In the office and, if you want, outside it too.
Tasks:
- Advising clients around BOAR and/or Life insurance (individuals and/or entrepreneurs)
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Actively detecting needs and opportunities
- Preparation and follow-up of insurance files
- Combining commercial calls with substantive advice
- Possibly visit clients and discuss files on site
- Thinking about broader financial solutions (life, credit, wealth accumulation)
Profile
We are not looking for a classic salesperson, but someone who takes initiative and builds trust.
You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:
- Experience/Knowledge within insurance (BOAR is a must, life is a plus)
- Commercially minded, but in a natural way
- You take initiative and don't wait
- You are sociable, approachable and communicate fluently
- You think long-term with customers
- You work independently and take responsibility
- You have sufficient maturity to find your place in a team
- You are driven but remain down-to-earth and approachable
