Insurance Advisor
Function
You’ll find yourself in an environment where personal contact is important. No high-pressure sales pitches – just listening, asking the right questions and working with the customer to identify the cover that really suits their situation.
Specifically, you should include the following, amongst other things:
- You advise clients on various insurance solutions, primarily within BOAR.
- You analyse clients’ needs and turn them into a suitable proposal.
- You will assist customers with enquiries, changes and new insurance requirements.
- You will handle insurance claims from start to finish, both administratively and commercially.
- You maintain a long-term relationship with customers and take a proactive approach when a customer’s circumstances change.
- You will work closely with your colleagues in the office and help to ensure a smooth service.
Profile
For this role, we are primarily looking for someone who is confident and keen to take on responsibility. Experience in the insurance sector is a strong asset, but someone with the right commercial mindset and an interest in the sector will also be given the opportunity to develop.
- Ideally, you will have experience in the insurance or financial sector.
- A PCP certificate is a bonus. If you don’t have one yet, we’d be happy to look into the options with you.
- Knowledge of BRIO is a plus.
- You are customer-focused and feel at ease when talking to different types of customers.
- You work with attention to detail and keep a close eye on your cases.
- You’re more down-to-earth than exuberant: reliable, approachable and professional.
- You take the initiative, but you also enjoy working with colleagues.
- Ambition is certainly welcome. In the long term, there may be scope to take on additional responsibilities within the firm.
- A good knowledge of French is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement.
