Insurance Advisor

Function

For you, insurance isn’t about policies, but about people. You listen, offer advice and build relationships that last for years.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will assist clients with their insurance enquiries and help them make the right choices. Depending on your experience and interests, you will focus on BOAR, Life Insurance or a combination of both. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills further to handle more complex cases and work with corporate clients.

Tasks

• Advising clients on BOAR and/or life insurance policies
• Drawing up and managing new insurance policies
• Analysing customer needs and developing bespoke proposals
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Proactively identifying commercial opportunities within existing client portfolios
• Handling administrative matters from start to finish
• Gradually progressing to more complex cases and business clients

Profile

We are looking for someone who puts customers first and enjoys building long-term relationships.

You recognise yourself (largely) in the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is an advantage, but recent graduates are also welcome to apply
• Interested in BOAR, Leven or both areas
• PCP certificate, or be willing to obtain one in the near future
• You have a commercial mindset without being pushy
• You work accurately and in an organised way
• You communicate fluently and professionally
• You enjoy building trust with customers
• You are motivated and eager to learn
• Dutch is your strongest language, and you can also assist customers in French
