Insurance account manager

Function

As an Insurance Account Manager, you will start in a collaborative, preparatory role in which you will work closely with experienced specialists. Not a classic management role, but a learning path in which you will master the full premium customer story step by step. In concrete terms, this means:

• You prepare commercial processes and follow them up in terms of content: quotations, policy creation, file structure and service questions.
• You actively think about how services can be even more personal and consistent.
• You will go along on customer visits and learn on the field how trust and long relationships are built.
• You are a point of contact behind the scenes and visible in customer interaction.
• You will contribute to the expansion of the premium segment in Flanders.

After 6 to 12 months, you will grow into a full-fledged account manager in the premium segment, with your own client portfolio and commercial responsibility.

So this vacancy is both an entry and a growth path at the same time.

Profile

This role requires independence, eagerness to learn and a sense of context.

What's important:

• You have several years of experience within insurance, ideally in a premium or high-end context. As a result, you understand the importance of discretion, trust and customisation.
• You work in a structured way: this gives you peace of mind in complex cases and allows for continued growth.
• You communicate clearly and professionally as you interact with customers who have high expectations.
• You stand firm and move smoothly between different life worlds and client profiles.
• Basic knowledge of French and/or English will help you connect smoothly even outside your comfort zone.
• You are service-oriented and deliberately go beyond what is strictly expected, including in terms of accessibility.
