Function

As Infrastructure Works Planner You are the link between planning and execution. Together with the site manager, you ensure that the project is well prepared and that everything runs smoothly on site

  • You will analyse and study the tender documentation and, in doing so, prepare for the implementation of the project
  • You will draw up working drawings, bills of materials and technical data sheets, and ensure that all necessary materials and information are available in good time
  • You will be the logistics point of contact for suppliers and will be responsible for the administrative management of the construction site
  • You will attend site meetings and act as one of the points of contact on site
  • You carry out risk assessments and monitor compliance with safety and quality regulations
  • You will collect and process the necessary data for the as-built documentation
  • You will work closely with the site manager and other stakeholders throughout the entire project

Profile

As analytical work planner Do you enjoy getting to grips with technical documents and ensuring that every detail is correct before work begins? You combine a critical eye with a practical approach and enjoy working alongside colleagues both on and off site.

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or have equivalent experience
  • You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project
  • You have a good command of Dutch and can get by in French and English
  • You are able to manage different priorities and a fluctuating workload effectively, work with precision and enjoy getting to the bottom of matters in detail
  • You have a critical and analytical mindset and enjoy contributing ideas to find solutions
  • You’re a real team player and enjoy working alongside a variety of colleagues
  • You are flexible and have a keen interest in engineering and infrastructure projects
