Inside claims manager

Function

As claims manager, you are responsible for the correct and customer-oriented follow-up of claims files.

What you do:

• Managing Claims from A to Z.
• Contact with customers, insurers and experts.
• Analyse coverages and policy conditions.
• Administrative and content follow-up until closure.
• Guide and inform customers throughout the entire claims process.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the office.

Profile

We are looking for an accurate and experienced claims manager.

Your profile:

• You have experience in insurance, ideally in claims management.
• You have a good knowledge of BOAR insurance.
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented way.
• You like customer contact and clear communication.
• You are French-language; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You feel good in a human-sized team.
