HVAC project leader
Function
In this role, you’ll face a unique technical challenge within the HVAC sector. You will be the main point of contact at various sites, managing team leaders and site managers. You will translate clients’ requirements into concrete actions and guide your team through the implementation process. You will be responsible for the technical accuracy of quotations and will prepare invoices professionally. In addition, you will determine the required materials and personnel, and ensure that sites under your management operate efficiently. This role offers you the freedom to work in a solution-oriented manner and the responsibility to take projects to the next level.
Profile
We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate who meets the following criteria:
- An engineering degree or a bachelor’s degree.
- Extensive experience, ideally within the HVAC sector.
- Practical experience of managing staff on building sites.
- A strong technical background and the vision to manage complex projects.
- You are a team player who takes the initiative and doesn’t shy away from responsibility.
- You have a customer-focused approach and can communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
- Living in the Sint-Niklaas area, with good transport links to the Ghent-Antwerp-Brussels triangle.
