HVAC project leader
Function
As a project manager, you play a crucial role in delivering both small and large projects.
- In this role, you’ll be the one keeping track of everything, drawing up schedules and managing budgets, all with the aim of achieving the best results. To help you with this, you can rely on a handy system that allows you to keep track of everything.
- You will closely monitor the progress of the construction work and provide your team with technical support where necessary.
- In meetings with architects and contractors, you ensure that decisions are made to guarantee quality, safety and adherence to deadlines. You are also the first point of contact for clients with enquiries, and you communicate clearly and professionally.
- Finally, you are the motivator who brings the team together and ensures that projects are completed smoothly.
- You will be closely supported by an administrative assistant who will help you with the project preparations.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a strong combination of experience and skills. What we’d like to see in you:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager within the sector, preferably specialising in HVAC (heating, plumbing and air conditioning).
- Project management and organisation come naturally to you; you keep everything running smoothly without any trouble.
- A mentor for team members, with a structured and solution-focused approach to work.
- You must hold a Category B driving licence so that you can drive to the sites easily.
- Bilingual in Dutch and French (fluent in one, proficient in the other).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with administrative tasks such as placing orders and carrying out checks.
- Proactive and always punctual for appointments.

They have been in business since 1994 and remain a family-run business. Their focus is on residential and commercial projects for both the private and B2B markets.
