Freight forwarder Night Brucargo

Function

You will work within our specialised team for perishable goods, where no two shipments are the same. With your structured approach, flexibility and eye for quality, you will contribute to smooth transport operations for highly sensitive products.

Tasks:

• Preparation and follow-up of air cargo import shipments in our Transport Management System (TMS);
• Coordinate shipment planning with subcontractors and other DSV departments;
• Prepare and check all transport-related documents (e.g. air waybills, commercial invoices, health certificates);
• Working closely with FAVV and customs departments;
• Ensuring correct invoicing and monitoring data quality;
• Support customer communications and proactively report shipment discrepancies;
• Handle administrative follow-up of customs formalities in cooperation with the customs team;
• Working closely with the MAGIS team and complying with all safety and security regulations.

Profile

• Some experience in freight forwarding (preferably air freight) or a degree in transport & logistics;
• Willing to work night shift;
• Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
• In possession of driving licence B;
• Stress-resistant, accurate and takes initiative in solving problems.
