Forwarder Air

Function

As an Air Export and Import agent, you will be responsible for various operational, customer service and administrative tasks focused on air freight.

• You will handle, handle, transport and arrange the transportation of goods by air.
• Communication and networking with various stakeholders such as customers, our network, airlines, handlers, carriers, suppliers and agencies are integral to your work.
• It is crucial to keep clients well informed and provide proactive advice.
• You will be part of a driven team, where there is plenty of room for a good dose of atmosphere in addition to hard work.

Profile

As an Air import agent in Machelen, we are looking for someone who recognises themselves in the profile below:

• You are eager to learn, enthusiastic and a real "team player"
• Some knowledge of cargowise is a plus
• You communicate proactively and are customer service-minded
• You have strong communication skills and are a reliable partner for your customers
• You received an education in logistics or have honed yourself into a real logistician through a first experience in the sector
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English is necessary. A word of French is a big plus!
