Finance Manager

Function

For a growing family business in Belgium we are looking for a Finance Manager who keeps the bookkeeping and invoicing accurate and up to date whilst also taking on a broad role within reporting, control and process management.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for a accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping and invoicing;
• Your coaches and supports a team of 5 colleagues;
• You wear responsibility for the P&L, cost calculations, budgets and cash pooling;
• You are a member of the management team;
• You prepare the monthly reporting and presentation of the P&L first;
• You put control mechanisms and reports on;
• You are point of contact for external parties such as banks, insurers and auditors;
• Your monitors processes regarding finance, compliance, IT, fraud and cybersecurity;

Profile

Your profile:

• You have a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable field;
• You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role;
• You have a strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting;
• You are analytical strong and works accurate;
• Your Communicates smoothly and collaborates effectively with various departments;
• You have strong people management skills;
