Function

As an Enterprise Advisor, you will take charge of the complete follow-up of insurance files for your client portfolio.

Which consists of businesses, self-employed people and their families.

Specifically:

• You accompany customers from initial analysis and quotation to correct policy formulation.
• You update files in case of changes in the company or private situation.
• You will interact daily with insurers and colleagues from the commercial team.
• You negotiate guarantees and premiums, with an eye for quality and budget.
• You will build lasting relationships by being accessible and engaged by phone and email.

In this job as an Enterprise Adviser, you will be a case manager, confidant and sparring partner at the same time.

Profile

What do you need to be strong at this?

• Experience at an insurance broker is important: you understand how files, deadlines and client expectations come together.
• You work accurately because one detail can make the difference in coverage or claim settlement.
• You communicate clearly and empathetically: clients count on you in complex or stressful situations.
• You think commercially, not pushy but solution-oriented, and actively seek out what really suits the customer.
• You feel comfortable on the phone and dare to ask further questions.
• Knowledge of professional liability, cyber and/or directors' liability is a strong asset.
• Broad knowledge of classic insurance (car, fire, etc.) helps you monitor the overall picture.
