Banking and Insurance Officer

Function

• Welcoming clients and first point of contact within the office
• Assisting customers in day-to-day banking (accounts, cards, etc.)
• Scheduling and follow-up of appointments
• Administrative support within banking and insurance operations
• Management and follow-up of BOAR insurances (individuals)
• Contributing ideas on more efficient operation and preventing extra work (e.g. correct opening of files, proxies, etc.)

Profile

• First experience within banking or insurance is a plus, but not a must
• You are multifunctional and switch smoothly between different tasks
• You think ahead and work in a structured way
• You are communicative, approachable and customer-oriented
• You have a practical attitude and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of French and English
• Knowledge of Brio is a strong asset
