Dispatcher
Function
As dispatcher You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Co-ordinating incoming and outgoing shipments;
- Tracking and recording orders in the TMS system;
- Scheduling collections and additional journeys;
- Handling and processing transport documents;
- Checking deliveries and carrying out administrative follow-up;
- Maintaining daily contact with drivers and internal departments;
- Managing emails and transport planning;
- To ensure that administrative procedures are carried out correctly, efficiently and in an orderly manner.
Profile
Are you the dispatcher what we are looking for?
- You have some initial experience in a similar role or in the logistics sector;
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, and you speak and understand French and English;
- You communicate clearly and professionally with customers;
- You work in a structured and meticulous manner and have an eye for detail – you enter all information into the system correctly and without errors;
- You enjoy working independently, but also as part of a team with your colleagues;
- You can work from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (including a break).
