Daily Banker with option to progress towards invest

Function

As Daily Banker, you are a trusted point of contact in the branch. In a calm and clear manner, you help customers with their daily banking needs and make sure they step out with a good feeling.

During counter hours (open half-time), you are jointly responsible for reception and daily operations. When the counter is closed, you are a real team player: you support colleagues with dossier follow-up, preparatory tasks and administration, and assist where necessary.

In addition, you also work proactively within the existing customer portfolio: you contact, listen to needs and help think about small optimisations. Where necessary, you refer warmly to colleagues (e.g. invest, credit or insurance). Naturally, you will receive guidance in this and follow the bank's internal training courses, so that you grow step by step in systems, products and conversations.

Do you have ambitions to do more with investments later on? Then, in time, there is also room to grow towards Invest. Some colleagues within that niche will be retiring in the next few years, allowing you, if you like, to progress gradually towards investments. Prefer a long-term focus on daily banking? Of course you can: both options are possible.

Profile

Above all, we are looking for someone who is human and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys helping clients move forward and wants to get better step by step.

Do you recognise yourself in this?

• You hold at least a bachelor's degree.
• You hold, or are willing to obtain, your PCP certificates.
• You are digitally savvy and pick up new systems fairly quickly.
• You enjoy talking to people and can remain yourself in advisory conversations.
• You have the gusto to fly in and also dare to approach customers actively (without “hard selling”, but with genuine interest).
• Experience in a bank is nice, but certainly not a requirement. Junior profiles or a school leaver with the right attitude can also grow here perfectly.
