Customs declarant

Function

As a customs expert with our client Zeebrugge region, you will ensure that customs knowledge within the organisation is always known, up-to-date and correct. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You have mastered the smooth application of customs regulations and can prepare all documents independently
• you read customs instructions and make sure they are applied correctly
• In consultation with your team, no customs issue is too much for you and you look for the best and correct solution
• You ensure correct reporting to the accounting department so they can follow it up further

Profile

• You hold a customs-related degree and already have several years of experience
• You are very knowledgeable about legislation
• You can see beyond your nose and know how to anticipate future challenges or changes
